We are a group of secondary education teachers at 3rd Vocational School of Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Crafts, from various specialties.
Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Crafts is the oldest vocational school in Greece. It was founded by the will of Vassilios Sivitanidis from 12/6/1917 and it has been in operation since 1927.
Today, three vocational schools of Secondary education are operating at Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Crafts. One of them is our school, where we are serviced, the 3rd Vocational School of Sivitanidios Konstantinos Karatheodori (3o Epaggelmatiko Lykeio Sivitanidiou Sxolis Konstantinos Karatheodori).
Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Crafts, has been participated and awarded in European projects for over 15 years and our vocational school has implemented many KA1 and KA2 Erasmus+ projects for over a decade.
We, at 3rd Vocational School, we share the common vision of a United Europe according to the values and principles as expressed by the institution of European Union.
Our goal and our wish is to inspire this vision to our students. That is, we have formed a team which implemented The European Parliament Ambassador School Programme (EPAS). Since 2022, our school is a member of this network and has nominated as Ambassador for the next three years.
In 2023, the team submitted a 3-rd year proposal “EURO-f(L)y your classroom” to Erasmus+/Jean Monnet initiative which has been approved and it is in the phase of implementation.
