Eleftherios Kechagias – IT Teacher as Coordinator of the program and Researcher
Mr. Eleftherios Kechagias was born in 13/9/1975 in the city of Thessaloniki. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the School of Informatics of the Faculty ofSciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Organization Administration (BOA) from the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic OpenUniversity.Also, he has a master’s degree (M.SC.) in Graphic Arts-Multimedia (GAM) from the School of AppliedArts and Sustainable Design of the Hellenic Open University. He is a computer science professor in secondary education for almost two decades.He is a member of the educational staff of 3rd EPAL of Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Occupations, teaching computer science, since 2018. He is a senior ambassador in European Parliament Ambassador School Programme (EPAS). He is married and he has two children.
Bafounis Ioannis, Principal as Senior expert/advisor
Mr Yannis Bafounis, Headmaster of the 3d Vocational school of Sivitanidios, Phd in History from Sorbonne (Paris IV). He has been working for 35 years as teacher in Sivitanidios (1987-today). He has great experience in adult education as collaborating professor in the Greek Open University (2001-2011), and active teacher trainer for Vet education. He has published a book and several dissertations concerning Greek history of 19th and 20th century. He has participated in several Erasmus projects.
Karamalaki Aglaia, English Teacher as Communications Manager and Recearcher
Graduate of the department of English Language and literature at the University of Athens -holder of postgraduate degree of the hellenic open university specialising in the methodology of the teaching of english - 22 years teaching experience as an english teacher in secondary education-member in the teachers’ group for ka1 European projects
Manousaridou Kyriaki, Political Sciences Teacher as Ressearcer/Advisor
Mrs Manousaridou is an political sciences researcher and teacher. She is an expert in EU matters, constitutions and political ethics. Together with Mrs Karamalaki are the core of KA1 Erasmus+ projects of our school. She is a teacher for over twenty years most of them at Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Crafts. She is a senior ambassador in European Parliament Ambassador School Programme (EPAS).
Paranomou Chara, Greek Language Teacher as Researcher
Ms Hara Paranomou was born in 1968 in Achaia, Peloponnese. She graduated the National Kapodistrian University of Athens with a degree in Greek Language and has been working as a teacher in her field, in the secondary education, for almost three decades, at Sivitanidios School of Arts and Occupations. She has participated in numerous Erasmus+ projects abroad and is a Senior Ambassador in European Parliament Ambassador School Programme (EPAS). She is married and has two children.
Liontou Vassiliki, Greek Language Teacher as Researcher
Mrs Liontou Vassiliki is a Greek Language and Literature teacher and she is teaching in Sivitanidios Public School since 1993. She has a bachelor degree from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology. She has participated in numerous Erasmus+ projects abroad and is a Senior Ambassador in European Parliament Ambassador School Programme (EPAS). She speaks French and English
Ambatzoglou Eleni, Greek Language Teacher as Researcher
Mrs Ambatzoglou is a Greek Language Teacher at Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Crafts. She is a graduate of the Kapodistrean University of Athens and holder of a postgraduate degree. She is married with two lovely boys.
Mavrogianni Adamantia as 1st EuroFly Project Manager
Mrs Adamantia Mavrogianni holds a degree in Mathematics and a first Master Degree in Digital Arts from the Athens School of Fine Arts. She holds a second Master Degree in Education Policy in the field of Social Discrimination, Immigration and Citizenship from University of Peloponnese. She has been teaching Maths and Informatics in the Secondary Education for over 25 years. She has been a permanent teacher in Sivitanidios Public School of Arts and Occupations since 1995.She has also been teaching in Ionidios Model School of Piraeus for 7 years and she has been the coordinator for KA1 and KA2 Erasmus + projects. Her main fields of action, except Maths, are web design, database programming, multimedia authoring. She has published many research articles in peer-review International scientific journals. She has been involved in numerous actions concerning social discrimination in school education, as well as in numerous European projects concerning Education for over 15 years. (Erasmus +, Leonardo Innovation, Liaison Office databases etc). She has been a member of the organizing committee of International Conferences for over 6 years. She is a senior ambassador in European Parliament Ambassador School Programme (EPAS). Now, she is the principal director of 1st EPAL of Sivitanidion Public School.
